Founder Story

Mona Patel

I’m a digital strategy and product leader with experience building brands, platforms, and loyalty-driven growth for global organizations. I have led digital platforms & strategy for Gaylord Hotels at Marriott International, where my work focuses on demand generation, brand preference, and long-term customer loyalty.

Throughout my career, I have held leadership roles at AT&T, InterContinental Hotels Group, and Innovative Fragrances to help teams and brands grow through clarity, strategy, and meaningful connection.

In parallel, I founded South Asian Working Moms (SAWM), a 501(c)(5) non-profit organization. Through building and leading this community, and through countless conversations with founders and small businesses, I saw a recurring need for clarity, strategic guidance, and intentional visibility, which ultimately inspired the creation of Thrive & Elevate.
